Shaquille O'Neal, best known as Shaq, played 19 years in the NBA with the Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Boston Celtics. Although Shaq played for many teams, he is best remembered for playing for the Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Lakers. Shaq was one of the most skilled players of his era and possibly of all time with a unique strength that set him apart from other athletes.

Bio:
Shaquille Rashaun O'Neal was born on March 6, 1972, in New Ark, New Jersey. O'Neal later moved to San Antonio Texas where he attended Robert G. Cole High School and played for the basketball team as a dominant force, leading them to a state championship during his high school career.

For college, Shaq attended Louisiana State University (LSU), where he truly began his reputation as a once in a generation player. Shaq was selected as the 1st pick in the 1st round of the 1992 NBA Draft by the Orlando Magic, and as soon as he entered the league he became a threat with brutal slam dunks that broke the backboard. By forming a dynamic duo with NBA All-Star Penny Hardaway, the Magic would make it to the NBA Finals in 1995 but would lose to the Houston Rockets.

In 1996, Shaq parted ways with the Magic and signed with the Los Angeles Lakers; teaming up with a young NBA rookie Kobe Bryant. Due to his alliance with Bryant along with players such as Rick Fox, Derek Fisher, Horace Grant, and Robert Horry, Shaq would win three out of his four championship titles with the Lakers; winning Final's MVP for all three.

In 2004, Shaq signed with the Miami Heat and joined forces with a young Dwyane Wade and NBA veteran Alonzo Mourning in winning his fourth and final championship title in 2006.

Shaq would also go on to play a season with the Phoenix Suns, a season with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and a season with the Boston Celtics.
Shaq's talents weren't only in basketball but also in film and music. O'Neal may be as well known as an actor as he was a player starring in movies like Kazaam, Blue Chips, and Uncle Drew. Shaq also has pursued rapping with a debut album that went platinum. Shaq's endorsements include deals with brands such as The General, Gold Bond, Carnival, and Icy Hot.
