Hakeem Olajuwon

Hakeem Olajuwon, nicknamed "The Dream", played 18 seasons in the NBA with the Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors. Olajuwon is one of the most skilled NBA players of all time as well as one of the most skilled centers of all time. The legendary center had a variety of post moves on offense as well as an unbeatable defense, leading the league in all-time blocks to this day. Bio: Hakeem Abdul Olajuwon was born on January 21, 1963, in Lagos, Nigeria. His first sport was soccer but when he was 17 he found joy in basketball. For college, Olajuwon attended the University of Houston from 1981-1984.  In his first season with the Cougars, Olajuwon averaged 8.3 points 6.2 rebounds and 2.5 blocks but improved his skills by learning from NBA All-Star Moses Malone. Kevin Garnett

Kevin Garnett, nicknamed the "Big Ticket" played 21 seasons in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics, and the Brooklyn Nets. Garnett was one of the best players in his era and is one of the greatest power forwards of all time. Davis was one of the best point guards during his playing era, earning honors such as NBA All-Star and NBA steals leader. Scottie Pippen played 17 seasons in the NBA with the Chicago Bulls, Houston Rockets, and Portland Trailblazers. Pippen was an example of a truly accomplished player earning two three-straight championships, eight-time all NBA Defensive Team, and the all-time leader in steals by a forward. Bio: Scottie Maurice Pippen was born on September 25, 1965, in Hamburg, Arkansas. He attended Hamburg High School where he played point guard and led his team to various state playoffs.
